  • I.T. Manager, Infrastructure & Operations with Netsuite Experience

Manager focused on Infrastructure and Operations.     POSITION PURPOSE

    As an IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure and operational activities. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organization's technology resources, including networks, servers, storage systems, and data centers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and hands-on experience with NetSuite to support our business operations.

    RESPONSIBLITIES

    Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organizations IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud platforms. Ensure that systems are secure, scalable, and reliable to support business operations effectively. This includes leading projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and migrations involving NetSuite and overseeing the maintenance, and optimization of NetSuite system and related applications.

    Operations Management: Oversee IT operations, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability. Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain service levels and minimize downtime.

    Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes within budget and timeline constraints.

    Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organizations IT assets from cybersecurity threats.

    Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to evaluate products and services, negotiate contracts and ensure quality delivery. Coordinate vendor activities and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

    Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to anticipate future infrastructure needs and ensure that systems are scaled appropriately to support business growth and demand.

    Business Continuity: Develop and maintain business continuity plans to mitigate the impact of IT outages and ensure the continuity of critical business operations in the event of system failures.

    Customer Support: Work with the I.T. Director, Technical Support to establish and maintain a customer-centric approach to IT support, ensuring that end-users receive timely and effective assistance with technical issues, software installations, hardware replacements and system configurations. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve service quality.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and operations, with a focus on network administration and systems administration.
    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion.
    Deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including networks, server virtualization, storage systems, and cloud computing.
    Proficiency in NetSuite modules.
    Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteTalk (Web Services), and SuiteFlow.
    Knowledge of integrating NetSuite with other systems and third-party applications.
    Ability to manage NetSuite implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
    Ability to analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency using NetSuite.
    Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and senior management.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to lead our CRM initiatives, enhance customer engagement through impactful email campaigns, manage our innovative loyalty program, and act as our primary liaison for paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, a keen understanding of customer relationship management, and a genuine love for clean beauty. This role will be report to our Director of Ecommerce.

    CRM Management


    Partner with Marketing stakeholders to develop and strategize the monthly Email/SMS calendar, creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with our customers.
    Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Retail, and Customer Service teams to continuously improve and personalize the customer journey and experience.
    Lead the production of all CRM-related assets in partnership with our Creative team to ensure alignment with our brand voice and values.
    Develop, test, and roll out segmentation and suppression lists to effectively mitigate user churn rates and foster increased engagement.
    Optimize triggered messages to ensure a seamless, delightful customer journey that reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.
    Leverage dynamic tools and automation strategies to enhance personalization while maintaining an elevated customer experience.
    Ensure all CRM-related activities comply with legal regulations and best practices.
    Generate insightful reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track business KPIs and inform strategic decisions.

    Manage Loyalty Program:

    Oversee and enhance our customer loyalty program, driving customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through innovative rewards and promotions.
    Analyze loyalty data to identify trends and opportunities, continuously improving the program to resonate with our customers' values.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement successful loyalty initiatives that align with our mission.
    Generate insightful reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track business KPIs and inform strategic decisions.

    Paid Advertising Liaison:

    Act as the primary point of contact between the digital marketing team and our paid advertising partners, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication.
    Help develop and execute impactful paid social media and display advertising campaigns that promote our brand goals and target customer segments.
    Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize budgets and creative strategies for maximum impact.

    5-8 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement.
    Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills that contribute to team success.
    The ability to analyze customer data and Email/SMS KPIs to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations.
    Experience with A/B testing methodologies and presenting findings for optimized campaign performance.
    A passion for clean beauty and a desire to make impactful changes in the beauty industry.
    Experience using Listrak and Yotpo preferred; familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics a plus.
    Previous experience in the beauty or retail sectors is preferred.

    Provides enhanced product recommendations based on customer needs or goals.
    Educate clients on Credo’s commitment to safety, sustainability, sourcing, ethics, transparency, and ingredients.
    Engage with clients through services; mini facials, skincare consultations, and makeup applications. If a licensed esthetician, perform facial waxing services on the selling floor.
    Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges using the store point of sale system.
    Utilizes a store clientele platform to build relationships. (Credo Live)
    Participates in physical inventory preparation, organization, and cycle counting.
    Effectively communicates with peers, store managers, customers and in-store brand representatives.
    Partners with store leaders to open and close the store per instructed standards.
    Maintains the visual merchandising standards by supporting daily cleaning, maintaining stock as well as visual presentations.
    Maintains awareness of store sales, store metrics, and personal sales objectives.
    Required to lift, move, carry, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory. (up to 50 pounds)

    A passion for client services and loves working with people.
    Prior customer service experience in retail stores is a must have.
    Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
    The ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products with various consistencies and fragrance (e.g. how to apply serums or face creams).
    A track record of building relationships with customers and team members.
    An ability to contribute to a positive and solution oriented work environment and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
    An ability to learn and maintain curiosity around product education and makeup/skincare application.
    Flexible availability to work days/early evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day.
    Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computer/store systems.
    The ability to consistently move around the sales floor for the length of your shift.
    The ability to maintain consistency and reliability when working and showing up to your scheduled shifts.
    Additional education in esthetics or relevant fields is a plus.
