There are two ways to share your log:
To make changes to a production or camera, you must be an admin for that production. If you created the log, you should already be an admin. See the How do I share my log section for more help.

In the interest of preserving the quality of the user experience, ZoeLog does not support photos.
The current version of ZoeLog supports iPads natively. Download the latest version from the app store.
Every individual user needs to have an active subscription to contribute to or receive updates from a log.
The cost of a subscription is USD 4.99 / month or USD 49.99 / year.
ZoeLog is a pay-as-you-go service. Your subscription will not automatically renew. Buy the time you need when you need it.
If you still have time left in your subscription, any additional time you buy gets added to the expiration date. For example, if you have a month left in your subscription and buy another month, you will have two months before your subscription expires. If you have a 3-month-long job, you can buy three months ahead of time to avoid buying more time in the middle of a production.
One week before your expiration date, you will receive a warning in the app to renew your subscription. You need to be connected to the internet to renew your subscription, so plan accordingly.
If your subscription expires, you will still have access to the logs in their most recent state. You cannot receive any further updates to your logs, create new logs, or make changes to existing ones. You can still search and view the content of your logs. If you delete the ZoeLog app from your phone, your offline data will be lost. However, you will get your data back when you reinstall ZoeLog and renew your subscription.
There are no production, licensing, or group rates. Consider discussing with your producer adding a small kit rental for each user to offset the cost.
There is no need to unsubscribe. ZoeLog is a pay-as-you-go service. That means you buy the time you need when you need it. You will not be charged for more time when your subscription expires. When you're ready to use ZoeLog again, you can purchase more time. See above for more information about Subscriptions.
Not yet. The ability to purchase subscriptions for multiple users at once is in the works.
All purchase on iOS are handled by Apple, and sometimes they can take as long as a week to email a receipt. In order to get one sooner, click here to view your purchase history in the app store.
Find the entry for your purchase, and tap “total billed” to reveal purchase details. At the bottom of the screen tap “resend” to have Apple send you an email receipt. This may still take some time, so I recommend taking a screenshot for more immediate documentation.
I am currently working on an Android version. There is no release date. Thanks for your patience.
"ZO-ee laag" is the correct pronunciation. The first word is Zoe, which is my name. Some people spell my name like this: Zoë. "Log" is like your camera log, or a part of a tree that has been cut off, or the record of a voyage across the sea. The name was a working title when I first started the app. It stuck.
