利洛司酮INN:liropristone;开发代号:ZK-98734ZK-734)是一种合成类甾体抗孕激素英语Antiprogestogen,具有额外的抗糖皮质激素英语Antiglucocorticoid活性。该药物由先灵公司英语Schering AG开发,于1985年获得专利。[1][2][3][4]它被描述为一种堕胎药英语abortifacient子宫内膜避孕药英语Hormonal contraception[1][4][5]该药物与米非司酮的不同之处仅在于其C17α侧链的结构,据说相比之下,其抗糖皮质激素活性大大降低。[6]
