苏佩秋
苏佩秋[3]（英语：Pamela Jo Howell Slutz，1949年1月13日—[1]），美国外交官，诞生于芝加哥[1]，曾任美国驻布隆迪大使，为第一位女性出身的美国驻蒙古大使，于美国在台协会台北办事处副处长任内，亦成为第一位暂代处长职务的女性[5]，离台后获颁紫色大绶景星勋章[6]。苏佩秋大使通晓法语、印尼语及中文[7]。
