Shaffer Chimere Smith（1979年10月18號—），藝名Ne-Yo較出名，係美國唱作人、音樂製作人、演員、舞者、電視節目點評人。佢因2004年為歌手Mario寫嘅《Let Me Love You》而出名。呢張單曲嘅成功令到Ne-Yo同Def Jam唱片公司嘅老闆有次非正式嘅面談，之後佢哋就簽咗唱片合約。
