Vultures are recurring Enemies in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][name references needed]

Characteristics

A Link to the Past

In A Link to the Past, Vultures are usually found resting atop Cacti found in the Desert of Mystery, or high ledges. Once they spot Link, they will take off and circle him. They will slowly close in on Link while following him, and will eventually move close enough to attack directly.

Four Swords Adventures

In Four Swords Adventures, Vultures are more aggressive, actively diving at the four Links after circling them for a short while.
