Poison Pools,(MMMajora's Mask)[1] also known as Toxic Waters,(OoTOcarina of Time)[2] are recurring traps in The Legend of Zelda series. Poison Pools go unnamed in Ocarina of Time 3D, Majora's Mask 3D, Oracle of Ages, Four Swords Adventures and Cadence of Hyrule.

Poison Pools are pools of lime-green Water found in the Lost Swamp and the Lost Woods. When stood in, they Poison anything within them.

Trivia

  • A toxic water variant was planned for Breath of the Wild, but was cut for unknown reasons. Some still exists in-game, albeit far under the normal boundaries of the game's terrain.[3]
