Attack Up

Razorclaw Crabs can be found near water, usually along beaches in the Necluda Sea and East Necluda. They will scurry away if approached, but can be easily caught by Link when snuck up on. Eating one raw will restore one Heart to Link's Life Gauge, but they can also be exposed to Fire to make Blackened Crab or chilled by Ice to make Frozen Crab. Meals made in a Cooking Pot using Razorclaw Crabs will temporarily increase Link's attack damage.[1]

When Cooking, either a Razorclaw Crab or any other crab is required to make a Crab Omelet with Rice, Crab Risotto, Crab Stir-Fry, and Salt-Grilled Crab. Any crab, a Sneaky River Snail, or a Hearty Blueshell Snail is needed to make a Seafood Skewer. They also count as seafood when making Fish Pie, Creamy Seafood Soup, Copious Fish Skewers, Glazed Seafood, Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry, Meat and Seafood Fry, Monster Stew, Pepper Seafood, Prime Meat and Seafood Fry, Seafood Meunière, Seafood Rice Balls, and Steamed Fish.
