Purple Puffstools are are stationary enemies that release hazardous spores once every three beats, crouching on the second beat before release. They are often found near Puffstool, making treading around them difficult due to their different beat patterns.
Trivia
They share their color scheme and attack pattern with the Purple Mushroom enemies from Crypt of the NecroDancer.
