"Precious Treasure" is a Side Quest in Echoes of Wisdom.[1]

Overview

When Princess Zelda returns to the Sea Zora Village after completing the Main Quest "The Jabul Waters Rift", she can find a Sea Zora in thought.[2] If Zelda approaches him, he mutters about finding a place to put his treasure.[3] He is shocked when he notices Zelda nearby, and he explains that he wants to find an Object in which he can store his collection of shells and rocks.[4] However, he has been unable to find an Object that meets his requirements.[5][6] If Zelda offers to help the Sea Zora, he will be relieved, and he proceeds to explain what he needs.[7] He wants to be able to store his collection inside without the contents spilling, even when he is underwater.[8] Wanting to keep his collection a secret from the other Sea Zora, he decides to wait for Zelda outside of the Village.[9] Following this conversation, the Sea Zora will depart, and "Precious Treasure" will begin.

The Sea Zora can be found on top of the island housing the entrance to the Sea Zora Village. Using Bind, Zelda can bring him an empty Treasure Chest. When he sees the Chest, he declares it is both beautiful and perfect for keeping his collection safe.[10] Turning to Zelda, he reveals that his concerns about storing his treasure came about when an Albatrawl stole a rock from him, and he is relieved now that he has the Treasure Chest.[11] As a reward, he gives Zelda three Monster Stones, which he claims he found while Swimming.[12] Fearing that his collection is not nice enough for the Chest, he decides to polish his treasures before placing them inside.[13] Afterwards, the Sea Zora will return to his Village, and "Precious Treasure" will be completed.
