Koholit Rock is located on Eventide Island in the Necluda Sea.

Koholit Rock is home to a skull-shaped Monster Stronghold that has been partially destroyed by Fallen Debris. Around the Stronghold, Link can see more Debris and Fallen Ruins. Inside the Stronghold, there are several Zonai Devices alongside Wooden Boxes, Iron Boxes, and Boards. At the top of Koholit Rock, there is a Fallen Ruin in the shape of a ramp with a rail slot that can help propel Wings.

A nameless Sky Island sits high in the Necluda Sea Sky directly above Koholit Rock.
