Kitty Goff joins the London office as a consultant, having formerly worked for a SaaS startup where she focused on digital strategy, innovation and technology. In her spare time, you’ll find her cooking for friends or family—she even set up a catering company during lockdown. Charlotte Veryard joins Elixirr’s London office as a manager, bringing 7 years of consulting experience, primarily in project management for media & entertainment clients. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys traveling and recently spent six months exploring South and Central America. Briana Kusturic joins the New York office as an executive assistant. Originally from New Jersey, Briana is excited to support some of our key partners in this role. Fluent in Portuguese, she also enjoys playing tennis in her spare time.

I would rather have a smaller piece of a bigger pie than a bigger piece of a smaller pie. How many people genuinely believe this? If faced with this challenge, would you follow through? This was the very challenge I faced before Elixirr’s IPO. At that time, I owned 68% of Elixirr, and we had private equity offers in the region of £45 million. Four years later, I own 28% of a company now worth £250 to £300 million while creating a partner incentive model where all my pre-IPO partners have equity way north of £3 million each. This strategy has been so successful that we have rolled out equity participation to the entire team, encouraging entrepreneurship while sharing the spoils of success with the people who build the company’s success. Watching my partners’ behaviour as a team since our IPO has been one of the greatest gifts. The entrepreneurial culture runs so deep that every partner understands the value of the bigger picture and that our team’s success is what creates the most value for each individual team member. This is one of the key reasons we are outperforming our competition with our clients every day. My partners are motivated by our business's market success, which only comes from our wonderful performance with our clients. #IPO #msh
