This role involves managing staff, ensuring quality control, handling administrative duties, and maximising profitability. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient and profitable operations. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. * Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer retention. * Oversee staff training and development, including scheduling and performance evaluations. * Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue, and expenses. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. * Strong leadership and organisational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. * Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
