Hubert joined YOTEL in May 2014 to roll out an aggressive growth strategy targeting key city centres and international airports in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America.

Rohan is responsible for overseeing YOTEL’s global growth strategy as well as the design and construction efforts for all the YOTEL brands. Rohan received his undergraduate degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and has been part of the YOTEL management team since 2014.

Sven has over thirty years of experience in the hospitality sector. He is responsible for YOTEL’s global operations and HR strategy for all existing and future hotel properties. His favourite hotel is the dual-branded YOTEL and YOTELAIR Istanbul, as they represent a complex global operation that smartly handles the ever-changing dynamics of an international travel hub.

Nik is responsible for overseeing the development efforts for all YOTEL brands across APAC.

Alys Mathew took up the Senior Vice President of Brand & Digital helm in mid 2024, and has since led the charge in creating innovative, customer-focused experiences across all digital, PR and out-of-home platforms. With a keen eye for blending brand strategy with the latest technology trends, Alys ensures YOTEL's digital footprint stays ahead of the curve. 

Passionate about enhancing the guest journey, she spearheads initiatives that drive engagement and boost the brand’s presence globally.

Dan Habben assumed the role of Vice President of Digital and Ecommerce at YOTEL in September 2024. Leveraging his expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimisation, Dan is committed to driving innovation that not only strengthens the brand’s online presence but also delivers clear return on investment and revenue growth.

Dan leads initiatives focused on maximising digital performance, with a strong emphasis on creating a seamless user journey that supports YOTEL’s global expansion and long-term strategic objectives.

Olivia joined YOTEL in 2022 with a wealth of experience in global communications in the hospitality sector and leads YOTEL’s brand strategy, strategic partnerships and communication campaigns.

Her favourite hotel is YOTEL Boston for its Seaport location and unrivaled city views.

Mark leads the Global Technical Services team, supporting all projects from design feasibility and interiors to construction, handover and operation ensuring a seamless and structured approach to brand technical support. Mark is both an ARB registered Architect and Architectural Technologist with 14 years' experience in design and construction across multiple sectors.

As VP IT and Innovation, Dipesh has twenty years of experience in Information and Communications Technology. Dipesh is responsible for the overall IT strategy, technical design, systems and infrastructure delivery, ongoing development and innovation, support and security of YOTEL's IT systems.

Dipesh's favourite hotel is YOTEL New York because of its prime location, offering all the buzz and eccentricity of the Big Apple!
