House of Play

We really enjoy coming to this playground. With 2 toddlers it's perfect because it has a toddler/younger kids area and a seperate play are for older kids. Plenty of sitting area for the parents. It's not a huge playground where I feel the need to chase them but big enough to keep them busy and tire them out. Their bathrooms are kept clean and their staff has always been friendly. Great indoor playground for kids of all ages! One of our favorites.

we went here for a party and let me tell you everything was so amazing the person and the front who gave us our bracelets He was so nice and so welcoming!! I really wish I knew his name, but he was very good with hospitality and making us super and making sure we are doing OK during the party. the place is extremely clean. It was super cool for our kids!!!

love how they have a separate room for toddlers and for the bigger kids!! it was all so entertaining!! cant wait to come back here another time!! totally recommend!!

Wow they police every tiny, minute, negligible thing here. You are being watched like a freaking hawk. Our daughter sneezed once "Oh is she sick bc she cant go in if she is". No sir, she just sneezed. We used to like this place but nope. We are not coming back.

This place is great and the majority of staff is great, nice and helpful. There is an older gentleman who works there, he needs to learn to communicate with guest better and space boundaries. I have already have told him in the past to not touch me but continues to invade my space and be hands on with me and I have vocalized how uncomfortable this make me feel. Then he has the audacity to talk negative about me to his other coworkers out loud, saying I don't know whats his problem or what's up with his attitude. I love this place been going for two years now with my daughter, but he has been making the experience quite uncomfortable and overall bad over the last two months and only progressing in a negative manner.

The way the staff talks to guest and treats them is pretty gross and rude. been here three times and it was good times but today seeing the older male staff mistreating guest makes me think I wont return or recommend this place.

The toddler area is in horrible shape and very dirty. The ball pits are half filled with deflated balls. No idea how it gets more than 2 stars. Do not recommend this place. Go to somewhere else. Not worth it

For the 2nd year in a row, we celebrated our kids' birthdays at HOP. This time, thanks to Mr. Lu, the party was a huge success for both the kids and the adults! He made sure everyone felt welcome, included, and had an incredible time. Mr. Lu was truly one of the highlights of the event, and we were so grateful for him! Not sure how we'll top this next year. Thanks again Mr. Lu! From everyone who attended.

We had a private party last month. We had 3 hosts that took care of EVERYTHING!! I was stressing out thinking of all the things I needed to take and I shouldn't have. This is one of the only kids parties we've hosted where I was able to enjoy the time with my kid and family and friends. Lou took care of entertaining the kids (and even the adult guests ). The girls kept us on track with the activities and even the dreaded cake-cutting! This was worth every penny. I will definitely have more parties here in the future.

Had a great 4th birthday party here for my son. KK set our whole room up so nicely. She was very attentive and helpful with set up and clean up. Absolutely loved her and Mr. Lu. They made the whole experience enjoyable and fun for our whole party.

Dirty, they at quick to reinforce all the rules they have but aren't as quick to keep this place clean. I understand a place like this can't stay spotless, but this is just gross.
