Data type | Item |
Example | Serine hydroxymethyltransferase CTL0691 (Q21168859) has property increased expression in (P1911) and statement elementary body (Q51955212) with qualifier relative to reticulate body (Q51955198) |

Motivation
Chlamydia is an organism that takes several forms - an infectious form called the Elementary Body and a noninfectious form called the Reticulate Body. Certain proteins can be expressed in either form, however it is important for researchers to know which form produces the highest expression for a given protein (especially when the protein is present in both forms).I propose we create a new property "relative to" which will be used as a qualifier to explain ambiguous claims like increased expression in (P1911). In addition to using the claims expressed in (P5572) to describe whether or not a protein is expressed, I also need to use increased expression in (P1911) and clarify with "relative to" which form produces a higher expression.
