Please change French definition of Escaut to "fleuve en France, en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas"

Dear,

Please note that Escaut is not "une rivière" (in French) but "un fleuve" (in French). So, please change the French definition of Escaut to "fleuve en France, en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas". Also please drop "Le Sceau" and "Scheldt" from the "Also knwown as" field. Those 2 names are not applicable in French. Please note French is my mother language.
