subclass of (P279) relates a subset to a superset (the official description is "this item is a subclass (subset) of that item; all instances of this item are instances of that item"). The statement failure (Q1121708)subclass of (P279)voting result (Q51591359) seems incorrect to me as the set of failures has an intersection with the set of voting results but is not a subset. In practice this means that all items that are instances of a failure currently also count as voting results even if they are not. IMO this statement should be removed.
