 I was born and raised in Oklahoma City and attended both the University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma University, majoring in History and English. I'm a published poet as well as an oil painter, historic home specialist and novelist. I've even owned an antique store and art gallery and currently run a company called Red Hot Mamma's Pickles in Oklahoma City where I live in an historic neighborhood. I used to live in New Orleans, the city I love most, in the Garden District and for the last several months have been trying to live between the two. I have a daughter, son and granddaughter that are my main focus.
