The name is Katie! Welcome to my page! 

I am an aspiring writer - graduated from college with an Associate's Degree in English. I hope to use this to obtain a writing or editing job, hopefully steering away from the media side of things and more towards the creative branch.

Writing stories has always been my means of escape and relaxation. I use this app for just that and to also help hone my writing skills. That being said, I write a variety of genres - mostly revolving in areas of horror, romance and fanfiction. (Yes, I AM comfortable writing smut.) So, I hope you take the time to read and hopefully enjoy what I write. I would also appreciate any feedback you could give me! 

However, there is zero tolerance for mean and hateful comments. You are entitled to your opinion, but if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. This also goes for when I talk about giving me feedback on my writing - if you are criticising something within my work, please keep it to constructive criticism only. Let's keep this community a friendly place!
