Hi! I'm Aurora. I'm hoping to post my writing here and get some feedback so I can make my stories the best they can be. :)
About me: 20-something American. I'm married. I have 2 cats. I studied TESOL in college and work at a learning center/private school.
About my stories:
What Heroes Don't Think About: Dungeons & Dragons fanfiction, YA. This story is basically just self-indulgence, but I call it my "writing sprint project" to make it sound better. It's literally just a D&D campaign turned into a fanfiction.
Always on Your Side: Original fiction, in-progress novel, YA. This is a very rough draft that I tried to do NaNo with. I didn't complete it, but I'm still working on it.
Acajego: Original fiction, complete novella, YA. Has been revised a lot, still needs work. I'd appreciate feedback on prose.
Tidbits: Original fiction, short story collection, NA. This is where I post flash fiction, stories written specifically for contests/challenges, school/MOOC assignments, etc. I often recycle characters from other projects for these stories, but they are all meant to stand alone. Since almost everything here was written for the purpose of practicing a certain technique, I'm always open to criticism. However, I'm generally unlikely to edit these after the challenge or MOOC I wrote them for is over.
Closure: Fanfiction of The World Ends with You, complete not-so-short story, YA. This is kinda old. I may edit in the future just to make it read a bit more smoothly.
Coral: Original fiction, complete short story, YA. Will probably be only doing slight edits in the future, but critique is welcome.
The Things We Kept: Original fiction, complete short story, YA. This story is ancient, and I have already made money off it. I don't plan on editing it any more, though I may reuse the characters for other projects in the future. You are welcome to leave critique, but it would be implemented in future stories rather than this one.
