Describe myself. Hmm...

Well, I have been creating stories for as long as I can remember.  Imagined cities, roads, homes for owners of my Hot wheels cars. Cowboys and Indians. Jedi and Sith. Barbarians and maidens. I was a pretty typical kid of the 80s. I grew up watching Transformers, Gobots, He-man, Knight Rider, Air Wolf, and Manimal. 

I was a late bloomer to reading until I discovered Madeleine L'Engle's 'A wrinkle in time' and the 'Hardy Boys'. Afterward the die was cast and I devoured books, Anne Mcaffrey's 'Dragonriders of Pern, The Powers that Be, The Ship Who Sang, and the Rowan Series', Orson Scot Card's 'Ender's Game', Terry Brooks' 'Shannara Series',  R.A. Salvatore's 'Drizzt Do'Urden series',  and Robert Jordan's 'The Wheel of Time series'.  There are more but I won't continue on.

Later on I had a friend introduce me to D&D role playing. It was enjoyable, but I found I loved creating the characters and making stories much more so. I was in my twenties when I finally started writing, and well, it was not good!

But, I haven't given up and some twenty five years later I hope that my storytelling ability has gotten somewhat better.
