Hot Take: The Hobbit Trilogy was pretty good it was just stretched out into a trilogy, The characters are great, It gave Smaug more depth and a larger role than in the book, the special effects weren’t downgraded and the action scenes are still fun to watch, similar to How Jojo’s bizarre adventure is longer than one piece despite one piece having 1,122 episodes and jojos Bizzare adventure having 194 episodes.
