Tyler is convicted of a crime that he doesn't believe that he did, and the weirdest part, that no one will tell him what it is. All he knows is that earlier that day, he was with Josh in their woods, the woods that held their tree house, and now he was in a jailhouse wearing an orange jumpsuit and blood on his hands. He befriends a boy with honestly way too much eyeliner, a quiet boy who was in an illegal relationship with another officer, and more boys who have done awful things that Tyler would never dream of doing. There's one thing that's not right, however - Josh is missing. And Tyler can't find him. Until one faithful day, he turns up. And then he just disappears. Tyler was sad. He was hurt, confused, angry, and scared, too, but most of all, he was sad. He didn't know if it was because he had been stuck in the same town for his entire life or it it was something a bit more serious, but that little uncertainty didn't stop him from applying to colleges all throughout the country and going to the one the furthest away from where he grew up. It wasn't the best choice he had made in his life, but suddenly there's this kid that shows up who dyes his hair a different color almost every month, and maybe, just maybe, he's the cure to Tyler's, well, whatever it is. Joshua Dun is a werewolf, he's also 17. He's run away from his owner many times and most of the time, hunts for his own food. Josh has a collar, red hair and his piercings.
