Because Sherlock needs to leave John. And Sherlock doesn't think he can. You after a accident have troubles, and the enemy uses the chance to his own good. Your life turns up to be a dramatic lovestory instead of just solving crimes and catch criminals, it turns to be a game of love, hate, tests, life and death.

Despairing of the ingenuity of London's criminals, Sherlock Holmes accepts what appears to be an ordinary case and discovers that a mastermind is at work. As usual, John Watson and Anita O'Malley tag along on the journey. But, in unusual turn of events, will Sherlock and Anita's friendship persevere? Or will something shift and change everything they thought they knew about each other?
