Onyx Ashrevion is a demi-hybrid and Alesandria Erovex is the lost hybrid queen of the fallen kingdom, Crojesian.

After discovering the deadly secrets that have been hidden inside their own bodies for years, Onyx and Alesandria reside themselves in the quiet comfort of the desert, in hopes that with training and compulsion, their lives will return back to normal.

But one can not hide their lies forever and when the truth is revealed, Onyx is stabbed in the back and left betrayed on the grounds of the desert. Abandoning Rheynoak and his tribe, she runs away with Alesandria and is pulled into Elsavior, Realm of the Dwellers.

Their leader? The Emperor of NighShadows, Draco Vaolcris himself.

Sucked into a world of beauty and deceitfulness, she and Alesandria team up with Draco and his court in order to stop the appending war that has been brewing between The Inner Circle and the Desert Tribes for years.

But shadows are deceiving and as she runs into tangled webs of lies, passion, and blood, Onyx realizes that her closest allies might be her greatest threats and those who swore their loyalty to her might be the ones to spill her blood on the streets.

But there is a greater threat lying on the outskirt walls of the Inner Circle, an ancient, dormant curse that has been awakened.

And it's thirsty for blood and revenge.

Torn between her heart and her destiny, Onyx has to decide who to trust and who to kill in a damning mission to stop evil from arising before her world and her heart is shattered into pieces.
