Fictional journal entries of a young adult woman dealing with depression and anxiety.

Walk with Ainsley as she deals with her day-to-day life living with the depression and anxiety and ADD.

As Ainsley interacts more with the world around her, she learns about different struggles different people have and her views become shaped in the process.

The purpose of this story is to give a real and tangible feel of actual problems readers face in their own lives and will allow them to feel included and represented and hopefully will I've a bit of smile to their day.
