Stiles stayed back home, while everyone else went off to college , planning on becoming a cop like his dad, pretty much worked on a lot of the cases already, especially recently. Shit starts happening again and since Scott and the rest of the pack are out of town he has to resort to going to the one of the only werewolves left in town, Derek, cause Peter was definitely out of the question. After the Nogitsune, Stiles suffers alone and quietly. He doesn't talk, eat, or sleep, and nobody really notices, especially Scott. He is ignored, pushed out of the pack, and barely hanging on. Then CreeperWolf (™ pending) stops in his house with a sandwich, and stays. Derek and Ethan text him weekly, as do Chris and Isaac, and he somehow talks to Jackson Whittemore (Jackson freaking Whittemore!) everyday. He also snuggles with Jackson everyday, and occasionally kisses him, but nobody really needs to know that. Eventually, two more kids that have only ever been hurt come in the pack, and oddly enough, they get along. Theo is traumatized from one of the 'big bads' and Liam has never not been judged for his IED. He finds a pack of lonely, hurt, and cruel people. And somehow, everything starts to turn out alright.
