Winterkit is a happy kit, almost an apprentice. She likes her life, her friends, her clan. But after she recieves her warrior name, her warrior ancestors send her an ominous warning, telling her that everything - and everyone - she loves could be destroyed.
Along with two other cats included in the prophecy, Winterkit must travel to the edge of their faith to figure what they can do - and what they decide could destroy the clans.
