Izaya decides to just ignore his feelings, what lead him to almost getting mad. Suffering under dementophobia, the fear is of going insane, and schizophrenia, Izaya is under some powerful pressure. Will he face his feelings or will he wither under the pressure of not being able to confess and go insane?
