Abigail is a lonely girl who lived in a small town called Storybrooke. She was living among the most famous and infamous fairy tale characters that ever lived. Abigail however was a human adopted by her fairy tale family to live in Storybrooke forever. She had no friends, was constantly teased for not having magic, and was almost 18 years old. One day she finally had enough of the verbal abuse she received and decided to run away. She wakes up in a strange land surrounded by teenage boys with one in particular who takes an unwanted interest in her. His name was Peter Pan. The most gruesome villain in the land. Abigail believes that there is good in Peter Pan but when she can't leave Neverland until she admits to herself who she really is. Peter Pan and Abigail spend time together both good with some laughs and bad with a lot of screaming and tears while she attempts to get off of the island without any help from Peter or the lost boys. Will Abigail make it off the island? Will Peter give up his villain ways to be with Abigail? Does Abigail stay in Neverland forever and not age? Or does she take Peter and the lost boys back to Storybrooke with her? "It's a good thing you guys don't ask any questions." I look down at the young boy who spoke, who's hands are tied tightly together. Twelve, thirteen at the most, I'm guessing. He walks into the forest with two adults, one male, and one female. I smirk down at them from my tree as I slowly climb onto a nearby branch of another tree. Mermaids, beaches, fairies! this place is awesome. someone then snatched the book out my hands. "Mermaids? what is this crap?" I looked up to see Cynthia and her clique. "why do you carry this thing around with you all the time?" I stood up and held out my hand. "give it back." "why? it's not like you can read it, you're stupid." Her words didn't mean anything to me but those words are going to come back to me tonight and punch me in the face. "How old are you? aren't you like 16 and reading this children's book?" She lives through the decades and doesn't grow old. But the police want to arrest Pan for kidnapping and murder, so they arrest Wendy to get information. She is in one location too long, and she had been located by Lost boys. "I'm coming for you my Wendy-Bird" But as she is caught, she is defiant at first but he erased any memory of him murdering anybody, so she learns to forgive him. He's more compassionate then he was before she had escaped and she's sleep in his treehouse with him side by side. Surprised by his compassion (well more like his less harsh to her) She absorbs the moment, she's for once happy after a very long time. So she doesn't run, she doesn't fight back (unless it's playfully), she cooperates. They learn to lean on each other in a time of need. Wendy doesn't want to leave him, as he hid the only one who searched for her and cared enough to stay. But soon she realizes how easily a person can be replaced. "Get them!" I dared to look over my shoulder to see how close they were to me. I saw them gaining on me and I ran as fast as I could through the thick brush. I wish I had my leather cuffs on right now but I gave them to my little brother so he wouldn't hurt his wrists. As I ran I hoped that my little plan for us to separate had worked and that he hid when he was far enough away. And that the boys chasing us had split up which would give Henry and I a better chance at getting away. When I got far enough away I found the tallest tree I could and climbed up.
