This is THE ULTIMATE GUIDE to Harry Potter fanfictions. Here, you will learn the dos and don'ts of the wizarding world, and how to handle your fanfiction in a way worthy of Rowling herself. You can learn to avoid cliches, think creatively, and make your readers forget they're reading a fanfiction at all, which is the goal.
Hi, I'm Ellie, and I may not be JKR, and my word is not law, I have quite a bit of experience writing fanfiction. I will be the first to admit, too, that some of my earlier works are as cliche as Harry Potter having a twin sister, and there's no shame in that! Just be glad you can learn from your mistakes, and mine, and be prepared for a couple of laughs along the way!
Warning: This is NOT a rant book. I don't just say what I think is wrong with fanfics, I give suggestions to make them better. Very rarely will I let my emotions control what I'm writing in this book. Feel free to rant within the comments, but don't expect me to do the same!
My first ever fanfiction! I wrote years ago but was too insecure to let anyone else see it.
**Disclaimer**
I do not own any of the characters, events, plotlines etc.. They belong to JK Rowling.
My story line is completely based of the movies and partly my own imagination, just in the point of view of my character.
I wrote this for just for myself as a way to cope with trauma.
This is an alternate version of Harry Potter. What if Harry had a twin sister. What would happen?
