(Y/N) is an artist. An extraordinary one to say the least. She is quickly climbing her way up the ranks. And who knows, one day she may even become famous. But something is preventing her from reaching her goal. It isn't anything about her art style, or her coloring skills, or even what she prefers to draw. No, this girl is half human, half skeleton. Yes, and most humans strongly dislike the monsters. The ones that don't strongly dislike them don't care, and they are the ones that buy (Y/N)'s art. And the monsters themselves, of course. Since she was little, she was hoping so very much to be able to take a trip to the Underground to meet some monsters, especially Mettaton, who was rumored to be the most popular monster in the entire Underground. She has finally saved enough money to buy a car, but... someone beat her to it. A little kid named Frisk has set them all free, and they have been roaming around for two years now. This is where our story begins. (This is UnderTale if you didn't know)

Frisk has been in the underground for a few years now, she (yes I made Frisk a she if you don't like it don't read it) is about 17, her age will change through out. Sans is in his 20's. Unfortunately, the only ones who know about the reset are Sans, The River Person and The Man Who Speaks With Hands. Frisk can't remember much from their previous pacifist run except for the love of her friends. Will they be able to save them? (Still a placeholder cover, lmao)

(I DON'T OWN UNDERTALE. The only characters I own are Bailey and Creame.) All the monsters live happily in the underground: until one human ruins everything. Bailey Hill is a normal, 11 year old girl- until she trips, and falls into Mt.Ebott. Quick to befriend the monsters, Bailey is instantly loved by everyone. When monsters start mysteriously disappearing, Bailey is on the case. What she doesn't know, though, is that a small team, co-led by Undyne and Sans, are working as secret spies in the background. After hearing about the disappearances, Bailey thinks she can solve the mystery- but when Bailey has a shocking realization, she realizes that she might not be so innocent after all. ------------------------------------------- Changes: IMPORTANT: Frisk and Chara don't and never exist(ed) Monsters don't mind the underground, so Alphys never did the experiments. Still Relevant: Mettaton never left, and Napstablook is constantly being featured on his show The amalgamates don't exist since those monsters never fell down. How could a few measly children stand to this supposedly immortal foe and save the Underground from destruction? Is it even possible to do so? That means no Soriel, Papyton, etc. The only ships are Torgore (in the past) and Alphyne. •This is NOT an x reader. I heavily dislike those types of stories. In Underlust, where almost every monster is hypersexual due to being injected with lust in order to increase the monster population, Mettaton is an outsider. As a ghost, he was not injected with the lust substance, and as a result, he is completely different from everyone else in the Underground. He feels out of place as an anxious bookworm who has little interest in sex and is losing hope because his quiz show is unsuccessful. But Mettaton might not be as alone as he thinks. A certain skeleton loves Mettaton's show and wonders if anyone in the Underground shares his rare capacity to prioritize love over sex. UNDERLUST DISCLAIMER: I think it's important to acknowledge that there are some problematic things about Underlust and that I absolutely do not condone those aspects of the AU. However, Mettaton's story in Underlust is important to me, so any senseless hatred of him or of the AU is not appreciated.
