After three years spent serving his sentence in prison, Frank Iero is released and in search of one particular person, who just so happens to be the love of his life. He dreams that he'll be able to reunite with this person, and with any luck, everything will return to the way it once was. Every single year, at the same time, for the same hour, Frank Iero gets to spend time with a mysterious boy in a mysterious town on the same mysterious street corner. For four years, Frank has slowly fallen in love with his mystery man. Now, on the fifth year, Frank longs to see him more than ever before. But what will await him when his mystery man doesn't appear?

In Italy, the Iero family was part of one of the biggest mafias there ever was. The boss of it all, Frank Iero, Sr., watched over everything and saw to it that every member was loyal. When he's gunned down, his only son is left to take over the "family business", and lead the Italian mafia. Frank is dangerous, but when he meets a young, naive porn star on the way to fame, he hides all the danger that surrounds him and acts like he's as normal as any other person. But how long can Frank keep up the charade?

When Frank graduated high school, two things were certain: he wanted to go to college to be a teacher and he was unwaveringly in love with Gerard. Gerard was 6 years younger but the pair grew up next door neighbors with a fairytale story of falling in love. The fairytale ended when Gerard decided the age gap was too much, leaving Frank and his broken bleeding heart in the dust. After finishing his teaching masters degree the spring before his 25th birthday, Frank finds himself moving home to care for his sick mother and taking a very uninspiring job as an English teacher at Belleville High School. It was a job he was certain would be boring until he learns quickly that Gerard is a senior at the same high school. Emotions flare and tensions rise as Frank realizes the feelings he thought were long and buried are still very much around. Will Frank risk it all to be with Gerard again or are his wounds too deep to heal.

One day Mr. Way notices something about Frank, and well, let's just say Frank finally has someone to talk to. They become close and have a pretty good friendship, but they might want to take things farther than just teacher and student, but other than Mr. Way being Franks teacher, there's an issue... Gerard is 21, Frank is 17.

Most of the time, you have no idea what people are going through. You purely Base your judgement on how that person acts or how they look like. You don't notice what is happening in their personal life. Frank Iero is a victim of this. He bases his final judgements on just how people look. Though, he has a realisation. When he falls deeply in love with the school's literal demon. Gerard Way. Even though he acts tough and strong on the outside, he has a medical problem that could possibly kill him. No one knows except his divorced mother and his brother. So when he spills his heart out to Frank, he just hopes that he'll take it the right way.

Frank Iero, an outcast at his school, is bullied constantly and hates his life. Frank wants to die, that is until he meets Gerard Way, a new kid and also an outcast to society. Gerard tries to show Frank that life isn't always what it seems and in the process, falls in love with little Frankie. So will Frank like Gerard back? Will they just be friends?
