Delta is a secret agency that has people infiltrated everywhere, in the government, at the police, the school system, hospitals, etc. They work together to bring down dangerous people and break big syndicates.

Becoming part of Delta isn't easy. There are only three ways to join:

1) Accidentally becoming a part of one of Delta's case
2) Being one of the few people who knows about Delta, and going through extensive training
3) Being born in a family of Delta agents, having ancestors who were part of this agency

Zara is one of those whose family is part of Delta agency. She grew up wanting to be a field agent even though most of her family work in the background only and are reluctant to let her becoming a field agent. Now, she has a chance of proving herself.
