THE CASE IS COLD.

Forty years ago, a sweet, smart, and beautiful 16-year-old pageant queen, Astrid Ryder, was murdered under mysterious circumstances after a seemingly normal day. The police investigation lasted for two decades but eventually stopped when they failed to find a suspect or a body. No one was ever charged.

Now, forty years later, in a quaint vinyl shop, 17-year-old Darya Almaraz discovers an old box containing papers and a cassette player tucked away in a dusty corner. Intrigued, she brings it home, unaware that it will lead her on an adventure she never thought possible. Secrets begin to unravel, and it doesn't take long for everything to go downhill.


Who killed Astrid? Why would they kill her? Where is Astrid's body? But most importantly...
