takes place in 3071 on Copper-9, an exoplanet owned by the megacorporation JCJenson. Worker Drones, autonomous robots designed to serve humans, inhabit the planet and mine it for natural resources. Eventually, the planet suffers a catastrophic core collapse brought on by the corporation's employees, wiping out all biological life on the planet (except for immortal dogs), including humans. As a result, the planet becomes a frozen wasteland, and only the Worker Drones remain. One day, three violent killing machines known as Disassembly Drones-nicknamed "Murder Drones"-invade Copper-9 to exterminate the remaining Worker Drones. The Worker Drones live in constant fear of the Murder Drones and hide behind a series of three doors in an attempt to protect themselves until The Doctor comes in Copper-9.

Enter Y/n, an independent human spacefarer looking to explore the galaxy. His main goal is to discover and learn about an alien species, assuming there are any out there. After the death and destruction of the humans on copper-9, the worker drones decided to move on and build their own society. So they can be free and not ordered around, but their parent company didn't like that one bit. So they sent out some new drones in a space pod to take care of them, known as disassembly drones. What they don't know, was that another drop pod was sent to copper-9. Not for the worker or disassembly drones, but for a lone drone trying to survive and escape to a new life. But that's gonna be a struggle for this lone drone due a certain injure... that left them with a broken screen.

100 years before human life was wiped off of Copper 9, Humans on earth were already on the verge of becoming a dying race after the colonization on other planets was a success and ended up making the humans on Earth go extinct faster. so the UN decided to select any and all Teenagers or young humans for their minds and souls to be transferred into a new body that will make them immortal, a drone body known as a Second-Generation Drone, or an SG Drone for short. after all the young humans were now SG Drones, they were immediately deactivated and sent to the stars on a massive ARC flagship, where they will somehow find a new home and create a new humanity, one that will not repeat the mistakes of the past. You were sent to copper-9 as a reinforcement because the DD already there were not getting the job done quick enough. This is your story.
