Harley Quinn has been captured, yet her boyfriend is still large. It's only been a few weeks, but she is already feeling the long effects of prison. She needs to get out. That's when they give her a chance. A chance to be reunited with the Joker once and for all. All she has to do is enter the Miss USA contest and stay in long enough to kill one of the contestants, who happens to be a main suspect for several recent murders. When the Joker causes chaos and gets caught as always he is then sent over to the Asylum where their worst nightmare will eventually manifest when the Joker gets loose and takes over the Madhouse by releasing all the infamous supervillains of Gotham. The duo will fight through their infamous rogues' gallery, Joker's Gang, and also against the ticking clock as they hope to unravel and stop Joker's horrifying plan for the city.
