Hundred is an evil organisation created by the Hundred Superiors. They invades other parallel worlds with the Aurora Curtain. They can also copy the powers of Kamen Rider through their advanced technology, allowing the members to transform into them.

The main character, Allen, known as the "Phantom Thief Legend" takes part in the World of Legend stopping Hundred for good preventing them from using their most dangerous weapon to destroy the world...!
