A Dead Plate fanfic (which needs to be more on here in my opinion) of Vincent and Rody slowly getting closer together then maybe even becoming more? Just kidding, they will become something more. He already had everything he could've wanted. Fame as a chef, a world-renowned restaurant of his own, and a nice apartment on top of said restaurant. What more could he ask for? Well, it was possibly the attention of the stupid little brunet waiter that worked for him, and he didn't even know it yet. (Dead Plate, but what if Vincent was normal and didn't have psychopathic tendencies)

Recently, after Rody made a good amount of money he had quitted his job and only for Manon to not answer his phone calls.. He decided it was hopeless and start over and get over the fact that, Manon did not really like him. So he started a new life instead.. " ... Well- I wanna tell you something.. I-I.. wanna.. re-work... in the restaurant..?" ".. *sighs* Fine. But promise you'll tell me if you wanna quit. Rody goes back to working for Vince after Manon never answered him, he still needed the job after all. He slowly forms a friendship with Vince, and eventually tells him his favorite food. Which gives Vince the perfect idea for what he can cook for Rody. (Past chapter 31 is all bonus chapters.) [Dead Plate Fanfic Post-Ending One. This has a lot of angst, and does not have a happy ending. However, I plan to make another fanfic of these two later, that does end happily. I also plan to make a fanfic of Cold Front, a game made by the same creator as Dead Plate]

This fic is a continuation of ending one: Table for one. Rody goes back to work at the Bistro, because well he needs the job, to fix up his place (and also most likely mental state). Over the time he's back, he and Vince form more of a closer bond. In the end they get together YIPPIEEEE (I won't hit you with angst in this one I'm not THAT mean(I'll put it in a diff fanfic)) Also since I'm again THAT nice, I'm gonna let Manon live(but in the hospital😋)

Without the dark undercurrents and maybe with a little bit of empathy, could things be different for them? Vincent had his sweet moments afterall. And Rody could be kinder and more curious when Manon wasn't involved. Neither of them are by any means completely stable and faultless, but maybe a solid foundation could have made all the difference. -This story will contain light violence and swearing as Vincent is a bit of a jerk at times. Future chapters MAY also contain NSFW content, just be aware that I intend for this to be a slow-ish burn just because I don't want to rush it.
