What if Draupadi had an elder sister who was the daughter of Agni Dev and a part of mata Prakriti herself. A girl born with pre written destiny, the destiny to uphold Dharma, a girl who was a warrior before being a queen, a girl with thoughts so strong that can make one question himself.

This is the story of that girl - Aanyati. She was Krishna's devotee, Yudhisthir's sangini, Parshuram's shisya, Drupad's daughter, Pandavas support, samragi of Aryavrat, mother of mighty warriors but before all that she was just an innocent soul, a girl full of curiosity, a girl trying to find the motive of her life...

They say follow dharma but what is dharma?
If the intentions behind a lie is rightful, does it make the lie dharma?
Why was I choosen?

They completed each other in every way. He was stick to his Dharma and she to her Karma. He never lied and she made sure no such situations come when he have to lie. He was calm like ocean and she was furious like fire. He listened and she spoke.

Note:- this story is just a fan fiction. It has nothing to do with the great epic. I have taken its plots with changes. This story is not meant to hurt someone's feelings. I may include new couples . If you don't like such ideas then please leave....

Drisana has always felt like she's in the wrong place, wrong time. Why? That has no answer. After her parents death, adventure lover Drisana has been travelling around the world to find peace in her heart which has always been missing. But things take a drastic change when she comes to visit the place that her parents belonged to, where she was born. One moment she was in the basement of her parental house and the next she somehow tumble through a energy portal to 5157 years back in time in the Dwapar yug, badly injured, right on the hands of the legendary heroes of Mahabharat, Pandavs. What is she doing there? How she reached from Kaliyug to Dwapar yug and why? Many more things are running through her mind and all she got from the mortal disguise of Lord Narayan, Krishna is, "Tum etihas ka hissa nahi balki etihas rachne aayi ho. Apni vaggya ka racaita tum khud ho. " (You're not part of the history. Rather you have come to create the history. You're the writer of your own destiny.) *********** Familiar with the Mahabharat? Don't worry if you're not. I've added a short description of the original Mahabharat plot in the book for those. This story will follow the original mahabharat storyline but in a vastly different way with a lot of twists and events in my style. 😉 I'm aware Mahabharat holds religious sentiments for some and I do not INTEND to offend anyone. This is for entertainment purpose only. So don't get serious or offended please. And I apologise in advance if you feel hurt by any content of the book.

The greenish-blue orbs stared at the group gathering below as she hide behind the curtain watching the crowd. Maharishi, gurus, yogis from all over were sitting infront if the large fire chanting the sacred mantras. Her kohl drawn eyes widened as she let out a gasp, stumbling behind. Her face turned into a rosy flush as a strong hand gripped her shoulders, preventing her from falling down. " Brother...I," She began, blushing brightly as the man placed his finger on her pale lips before walking past her. She pouted and elbowed his ribs, peering from behind him. " I want to see! What's so special ?" She huffed, crossing her hands over her chest as she pouted. " Curiosity Killed the Cat...Come along...if Maharaj found us sneaking around...he would be extremely displeased," The handsome man said as he gripped her hand firmly and dragged her away. She turned her face and sighed seeing Maharaj Draupad face beaming with pride and happiness as he loudly proclaimed that Lord Shiva has blessed him and the entire Panchal nation. " Will he ever look at me like that?," she asked in a forlorn tone causing the elder man to sigh and wrap his arms around her. " I hope not! You my little one deserves more than his desire for revenge," Satyajit said as he pat her shoulder. ****************************************** Aaratrika's life changed the moment her parents conducted the yagna. She became the forgotten princess of Panchal in the awakening of Panchali. Torn apart between her feelings with Hastinapur's crown prince's, she must decide if Duryodhan is worth her father's wrath or is her feelings for Yusdhistir worth her sister's marriage. Rewritten from my original story which I took down due to some personal issues. Aaratrika...Princess...Queen...most importantly Mahabharata's Unknown Mistress...the woman who watched every plot...scheme's...and idea and yet remain behind the shadows never to be known.
