Two years after Shredder is defeated, the sisters become sea turtle hybrids and now live with the Turtles. Now they are going to face another challange of an alien vnasion coming to invade Earth. Now Shira and her team has to stop him. [This is an alternate version after Leo, Mikey and Donnie died.]

Spawned from a lab experiment gone awry, teenage terrapins Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael live in the sewers beneath New York. Although their rodent sensei, Splinter, advises against showing themselves above ground, the justice-loving, pizza-eating brothers can't stand idly by while evil Shredder and his minions terrorize the city. With help from two local roommates Shaye "The Rock" Shayeson and Usako, along with a news cameraman, the Turtles set out to save New York.

Rykardo is an elite teenage mutant ninja turtle just like Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo are but the only problem with him is that he was raised in the Footclan by Shredder but was created by the Kraang when they stole some of Leo's DNA when he was just a baby. Rykardo is stuck in the trance of being good or evil but he slowly starts to make up his mind the moment he meets the one who he's meant to destroy and Rykardo's life gets turned upside down.

Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers and a human rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Ronin, a masked vigilante. The Turtles and the human must work with fearless reporter April O'Neil and her cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder's diabolical plan.
