I rested my head on his shoulder, feeling a sense of peace envelop me. "I never knew love could feel like this," I murmured, my voice filled with contentment.
"Me neither," he replied, his fingers gently playing with my hair. "But I wouldn't trade it for anything."

Amelia Lockhart is a 24-year-old girl, kind-hearted yet broken, tormented by her abusive family. Punished for crimes she didn't commit, she carries the scars of her past deep within her. They say she's mute, but is she truly unable to speak?
-------------------------------------------------
Tyler Harrington, a 27-year-old ruthless billionaire, is a handsome devil who cares for nothing beyond his empire and his brother. Feelings are a weakness to him-at least, that's what he believes. Is he as reckless as he appears, or can love pierce the walls he's built around his heart?
------------------------------------------------
What happens when a broken dreamer enters his life and they marry? Will he shatter her further, or will he fall hard for her, mending her broken soul with the power of his love? In a whirlwind of passion, secrets, and danger, their fates become intertwined in a tale where hope and despair collide, igniting a love that could either heal or destroy them both.

"Don't provoke me Amy" He groaned, his eyes darting towards my lips.
"ugh? Wha? - what did I do now?" I almost crocked as I wet my lips again.
"This" He swooped down to capture my lips. It was not a gentle kiss. It was hard and passionate and I couldn't do anything but be melted. My core throbbed as my hands went around his neck to clench his hair. His heat engulfed me and just when I thought my knees will give away, suddenly everything went cold.
"Wha-t huh?" A moment before we couldn't have enough of each other and now, he was standing away, near his huge window, staring at me.
"Please leave Ms. Wilson" his voice was tart. I couldn't believe we were back to the last name basis.
"How dare you?" I was furious.
"Tone, Ms. Wilson" His lips were a thin line.
"Then behave, Mr. Holden" I straightened my dress and hair and turned on my heel.
