Kara walks into CatCo like a casual day expecting everything to go on as usual. But to her surprise she finds out someone bought CatCo. That woman was nine other than Lena Luthor herself. She also happened to take a liking to Ms Danvers bit the only problem is that she's never been one for relationships. So deciding she's going to get what she wants she proposes friends with benefits. Note: In this story I decided to make Kara power free. So Kara Zor-El is just Kara Danvers.

Lena was devestated as she found out about her best friends true identity, well she thought they were true friends. She felt hurt and betrayed...Kara Danvers is Supergirl..And never in her life has she known that a truth could hurt so, so much. While Kara on the other hand felt good and happy. She won the Pulitzer prize and was able to stop Lex Luthor...Life seems to be good, just doing fine. But there was one thing that had to be done...Telling her best friend, that she is the caped hero of National City. One night, a heated argument came between them, hurtful truths coming to the surface. Lena's 'hatred' towards Kara has changed when one day, something tragic has happened to Kara... What will happen to Kara? Will both have the courage to fix what they have broken? Will they maybe become more than just 'best friends'?

Would she want to take more time? What is next for Lena? This story addresses all of these subjects, blending them all together in one story-line. This story takes place after Supergirl's ending, so you must have watched the show before reading this. This time Kara would be a co-protagonist, along with Lena and Andrea, showing a version of her trying to live a more mundane life. There are 3 main purposes to be achieved in the story: 1. Andrea's better character development. 2. Kara's life introspection over her double identity issues. 3. Lena and Andrea working together for a bigger purpose.
