It has been one year since Gaea was defeated, one peaceful year. However, Camp Half-Blood is changing, and Percy doesn't know why. With Annabeth and the rest of the camp growing distant, Percy feels all alone. Especially since Leo is still missing, Hazel and Frank are at Camp Jupiter, Nico is in the Underworld, and Thalia is off with the Hunt. Luckily, Percy still has two friends willing to stick with him; Jacob Firth, Son of Apollo and Hannah Andle, Daughter of Hecate. Amidst rumors of traitors, spies, and a new prophecy, Percy must make a choice. Will he run from his fate, or stick with his friends to defeat the looming evil?

Ok, so heads up, this is going to be a Pipercy story I'm going to merge two of my favorite types of stories; demigods in high school, and a Percy Jackson Chaos story. The war with Gaea is over and the demigods are finally at peace. The seven think that nothing can go wrong again, ut Karma has other plans for them. Now, the godlings have to suffer the wrath of high school. They go through trauma, lots of fangirling, and potentially dangerous and crazy mortals. The seven have finally gotten the hang of things when they decide to throw a party. Percy finds Annabeth having a drunken make out session with the one and only Jason Grace. He and Piper leave together with Chaos as they try to start a new life outside planet Earth. What happens when they need to go back? What the title says. Updates will be slow. Takes place after the Giant War when the incident didn't happen yet. Percy and Chiron are from after everything went down, and the gods are from right after Percy was appointed guardian. Percy and the seven have just defeated Gaea and were summoned to Olympus. The gods wanted to thank them for their bravery and loyalty, and offer each one of them the gift of immortality. Piper, Jason, Hazel, Frank, and... Annabeth all accept the gift. Except for Percy. Percy then feels betrayed and gets into a fight with Annabeth, who uses her new powers in vain on Percy. Percy then disappears while his friends are desperately trying to find him, while trying to break the curse.
