Odin sends Loki to wait out the rest of his punishment for the Battle of New York with the Avengers on Midgard. Loki's experience does not go the way Odin predicted. He orders Loki back to Asgard after witnessing how happy his son is.

Only the Avengers have learned what horrific things Odin has done and has let happen to Loki, and they will not let him fall back into Odin's clutches without a fight.

If this sounds familiar... It is a rewritten/changed version of the same book I started to write back in 2020, I think) when I was 14 years old. I was locked out of my old account (Trap_House_Boys) and never finished it. Thank goodness. I despise my old writing. I decided to rewrite the old story as a 19-year-old, with hopefully better writing skills.

To Begin Again

19 parts Complete

Since Frigga's death and taking the Aether to Svartalfheim Loki is back on Asgard and free. He however still remains lost and confused. Can Jane Foster's friend and fellow mortal help to bring some light to Loki's darkness? Is there a way for the real Loki to resurface? Jenny's childhood was scarred by loss and abuse so much so that at the age of 16 she ran away from home to live with her friend Jane. Now after years of keeping herself to herself and avoiding any other contact wherever possible her friend has a request to make that could change everything. She now has to decide if helping Loki is worth risking uncovering her own pains that she has hidden deep for so long. What will be the consequences of that decision? Will she be able to help the God of Mischief and Lies without any more hurt, what will happen when she loses her heart to him, can there be a happy ending for either of them? This story was started thirty-five years ago but it never felt finished. However, since the release of Thor and then Thor The Dark World I decided to rediscover my childhood fantasy and update it. It has for me been fun to revisit my youthful dreams through this story, If you decided to read it I hope you enjoy it. © Copyright tennisjade © Marvel Studios
