Kurogiri finds Izuku after he gets beaten up by Bakugo and takes him back to the bar to take care of his wounds. But after a horrible accident, Kurogiri becomes more than a friend to Izuku. He becomes a caretaker to Izuku, leading him to a more safe home in the bar. Which leads Izuku to accept more eccentric family members into his life. Izuku's new family is crazy protective over him.

So I'm bad with description so I'll go with this. In this story izuku midoriya was born quirkless until the league of villains capture him and then turn izuku into a nomu, giving him multi quirks. No they didn't have dragons beside them because they went into finding form the world. some people with quirks aim to become hero's. until Izuku midoriya came into this world befriend a dragon but not just one dragon but 3 dragons but with the help with Mei and Shinso they will change this world or will they get hurt trying to change this world?
