Dan hated his life and that wasn't even an understatement. Each day he wished he had never woken up as he was tormented by those who were meant to love him. Just because they were meant to love him doesn't mean they did. He was suffering and was so close to giving up. Then he met Phil. Phil changed everything. Dan was 16 and depressed, no one really knew him all that well, he had trust issues and preferred to keep his feelings hidden. But then Dans parents got divorced after his mum figured out that he was abusing Dan. You met Dan in College and became close friends, even dropped out at the same time as him because of overwhelming stress, and your Depression and Anxiety. Your parents won't take you back in because they're abusive and always have been, so you have no where to go. That is until Dan saves you and takes you in. At his place you met Phil and instantly there's something about him that makes you fall in love. Phil and you bond immediately and he promises to help you through your depression and other problems, no matter how hard it may be.

Back from the kidnapping Dan suffers from depression and is struggling to live with the constant horrifying memories that haunt his life.
