Earth lies in ruins after the war which truly was to end all wars. All those who could afford it, fled the planet into the grand void. Those who could not and were still lucky enough to survive holed up in the few somewhat habitable areas left on the planet. One day however, salvation came from the stars, as the Asmodei descended upon the ruined earth, bearing promises of a new world for mankind to thrive on. A fresh start, to make up for the follies of the past. But nothing works out quite as advertised, does it?

In the year 2085, Enoch Truss, Father of Mars, led our ancestors to the red planet in pursuit of liberty. One hundred years after the Exodus, Martian satellites detected multiple nuclear detonations across the homeworld. For the first time since dawn of the twentieth century, Earth fell into total radio silence. But on Mars, our ancestors endured. They thrived. Today, two hundred years after the Exodus, our population is eleven million strong and growing. We stand ready to retake our homeworld. In preparation for our journey across deep space, we have sent drones to monitor Earth. To our surprise, we have discovered that human society has re-emerged from the ashes of nuclear war. These societies are in the earliest stages of development. It is as if time has been set back five thousand years. My name is Jack Hanlon, and I'll be joining the First Expedition. Our mission: to rebuild human civilization and lead humanity to the stars.

Dawn is the first child born on Mars. Her entire world is one single habitat covered by a dome. The entire thing can be understood. She knows everybody on the planet and they all know and love her. Then the first really BIG colony ship arrives, and the population of Mars quadruples overnight. Her parents warn her to be careful--more people always means change. But when she becomes the victim of a violent crime, it will test everyone--her parents and teachers, her friends and associates. No one is quite sure how to to face the next chapter.

On an alien planet far in the future, a sinister force is plotting to take over the world using advanced technology. But those plans backfire when a group of alien teens is accidentally transported to present-day Earth. How will the aliens navigate planet Earth? What will happen when the two worlds inevitably collide? (This is a very rough draft/test concept pilot. Almost nothing is finalized or even edited. Do not expect a fully polished work.)

The crew of the colony starship UTS Rose Dawn awaken after centuries in cryo-sleep to discover that most of their number died during the voyage. To make matters worse, one of the survivors isn't taking their current predicament well; not well at all. The remnants of the crew must work together with an untrustworthy computer to determine what's gone wrong and why if they're to have any hope of some sort of life out among the stars...

This is a completed novel that has been proofed. Editing will begin in April, 2022. Shortly after the first ships were sent to colonize Mars all communication with Earth was lost. The other ships that were supposed to arrive never did. What had started as the first of many became the only ones. Domes were built to protect the people living there, since Mars could not be conquered as the early scientists had hoped. Rather than their dreams of taming a planet, they settled for living with a place never meant for humans. Kierst is one of the descendants of those early settlers and works on the interior of one the domes. His job gives him the solitude he prefers with both work and home. He has no family and no friends, which is one of the reasons he is chosen to learn the truth about what happened to Earth and why everyone on Mars must return. He is among a small group who are entrusted with the greatest secret of his government. If his group fails, there will be no future for those living on Mars. Their secret fate lies with those who must return to Earth.

This is my 1st book in the series. Group of people are sent into another solar system to continue the human race, because Earth is doomed. As our characters land on a new planet, they will face threaths and few mysteries will rise. This was inspired by the show "The 100"!

Researching her absent father - who long ago left to be among the first settler of the Martian colony Selah - caused a cataclysmic shift in her life and her thinking.
