Maura Isles is the Forensic Chief Medical Examiner of Boston. She works along side her best friend Detective Jane Rizzoli. The teams go through two losses Susie Chang and Barry Frost) to close to one another.

Jane Rizzoli and Maura Isles are both 17 and in their 2nd semester of their senior year.
